On behalf of Chef Todd and the whole Tabe crew, thank you to everyone who came out to our photo shoot event last week.  You guys really made the event special, and we were thrilled to see so many loyal Tabe supporters come out.  Thanks for being great customers, great friends, and making this whole thing work!

Tabe is going to be on San Diego 6 - The CW's morning news show!!

This Thursday (4/8) at 5:30 6:30AM, come find us at Belmont Park in Mission Bay, where we will be featured on Ruben Galvan's morning news segment.  We know it's really early in the morning, but we would love to see you all come out and show your support for Tabe!  We will be offering free beef, chicken and pork tacos (one per person, please!) to thank you all for joining us, but that's not all.  We will also be debuting a brand new menu item during the segment!  Be one of the first to come out and try Chef Todd's latest creation!

First of all, a big heartfelt thank you to everyone who has spread the word about Tabe in the past few months.  Your support over Twitter, Facebook, and in person has been nothing short of amazing!  We all love meeting you, and we're blown away by how much you are enjoying our food.  You all are why we do what we do!

We're very excited to announce that due to your support, SD Citybeat has interviewed Chef Todd about Tabe and San Diego food trucks!  There's an amazing mobile culinary culture taking root in San Diego, and we're excited to be a part of it.  Citybeat has asked us for a picture for the article, and we can think of no better way to show San Diego what Tabe is all about than by gathering all of our loyal supporters for one big photo shoot!  We would love for you all to come out and be a part of our first interview!  We'll be taking the picture on Wednesday (3/31) at our regular stop in UTC between 12-12:30PM.

I hope everyone had a blessed holiday season, and a fun but safe new year’s celebration. We’ve had so many fun and exciting things going on, and for those who follow us on Twitter and Facebook you would know this. I do apologize for not keeping up with our blog here on our website. Although I always say my new year’s resolution is not to make resolutions, I will make a greater effort to update our website with all the cool stuff we have going on.

So lets start by thanking everyone who came out today to our UTC lunch stop. We had a great time serving you and we hope to see you again this coming Wednesday.  Also, I would like to thank everyone who stopped by our late night Hillcrest run you guys were a lot of fun!
